Tuesday, January 17, 2012 - Tasted blind. Quite dark, fairly muted aromatically. Lots of oak coming through, a bit of dark fruit, & fairly tannic. 83 points.
Non-blind nine hours after originally opening, some nice bacon fat is coming through on the nose, the oak has subsided a bit for dark fruit, still fairly tannic.
