Friday, February 3, 2012 - Slightly lighter coloured than the Puligny; cool mineral note and much riper white chocolate/ creme anglaise aroma. Dairy, ripe pears; more viscous on palate, denser. Definite note of toffee oak. Something dusty. Finishes a bit short. Good. Could get sickly after a while, a sip is enough.
