Monday, February 13, 2012 - Perfect with dinner at the finest Italian restaurant around. Decanted two hours before dinner. The nose on opening was huge--dried fruit and herbs. A little light for the "big brunello" drinker, but very elegant. Coffee, chocolate and some mineral, too. Excellent bottle, still holding its own.
