Monday, February 13, 2012 - Time to check in with these. Nose of black cherry, cola, pie cherry, black tea, spice. On the palate, black cherry, cola, sappy brown sugar, spice. Finishes hot with noticeable alcohol but nice grip and acidity. Drink with a decant or hold for 2-4 more years.
