Nose: Bright and floral, with golden apple, pineapple, sunflower, chalk, yeast, and a faint saltiness. A bit reticent when first opened.

Mouthfeel: Energetic but weighty. More athletic than rich.

Palate: Tart green apple, strong chalky minerality, a touch of earth, and then a firm dry finish.
