Monday, March 26, 2012 - Deep Golden in colour. Nose was quite pretty, caramel, honey, brioche, lemon custard, and toffee and apple. Palate definitely has a burnt sugar note with some definite oxidative notes. Other flavours of honey, minerality, dough, biscuit and toffee linger. The finish shows brisk acid similar tart citrus and autolytic notes and a medium length
