Friday, April 13, 2012 - PNP at "The Grill" in Westlake with a nice double cut pork chop. Cherry and bubble gum with a touch of wood on the nose. Fruit forward but in a good way with cherry and spices on the palate. A little heavy on alcohol especially on the pour but did mellow out some. Light on the tannins with a long finish. The wine was approachable but could probably use 6 months to year on it's side.
