Saturday, April 14, 2012 - Drinking perfectly tonight, showing pleasant signs of maturity. The fruit is now balanced with subtle acidity and a humble dose of oak. Tasted alongside a 2007 Turley Juvenile, the 2007 Pesenti reveals much more complexity and less compact fruit. It has clearly benefitted from a few years in the cellar.
