Tuesday, April 24, 2012 - Knightsbridge Night at Next, El Bulli Menu (Next - Chicago IL): Great treat to enjoy tonight, although frankly more interesting than great per se. Some dried rose petals to start, with sweet fruit aromas and flavors that make me suspect this was somehow fortified. Mostly earthy with good lingering red fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
