Saturday, April 28, 2012 - Some sediment in the bottle. Popped and poured. Very light colour. A bit of rhubarb and strawberry on the first sniff. Very red fruited flavour profile, not that earthy, but airy, gentle, delicious - somehow seems to 'glow' in the mouth. Not very high either in tannin or acidity. Charming and graceful though not super complex wine.
