Saturday, June 16, 2012 - Quite interesting. Pale golden colour with less bubbles than you expect on this type of wines. Very strange nose, closer to a white wine than a traditional Champagne: dry, mineral, flowery notes. Dryness continued on the palate, with excellent balance between acidity and freshness. Long after taste. A different champagne, away from the classic flavours but really intriguing.
