Thursday, June 28, 2012 - I really enjoyed this - opened, but did not decant, 30 minutes prior to dinner of grilled Salmon steaks. Initially not very impressed. With airtime, bing cherry / black cherry / smoke(?) /mushrooms on nose. Still fruit primary - cherry primarily on palate. Medium+ body, high acids, medium+ finish with tannins noticeable. Great with food. 90-91 range. Pretty full bodied for a Burg.
