Wednesday, February 25, 2004 - This wine is starting to come into its own. Clos Ste. Hune is renowned for producing wines that need considerable time in bottle before showing their full potential. This is like a Riesling on steroids. The wine was fresh and vibrant and anyone would be hardpressed to say this was a 10 year old wine if they tried it double blind. It had a floral and oriental spice nose. Tangy fruit notes of pear and apple concentrate with vibrant acidity. Minerally finish. Outstanding. My WOTN. 93-94 points.
