Saturday, August 4, 2012 - Drank at Carpe Diem in Napa after the Lillian. Totally different ball of wax than the Lillian. Nice tar, earth, cherries, and slight Italian funk on the nose. The mouth is rich with red fruit and earth notes. Great acidity and balance. Much better than the last bottle I had. Should improve with some bottle age.
