Saturday, June 30, 2012 - Dinner at Home (Vancouver, BC): Light to medium straw colour looking very young. On the nose this was very young and tight with aromas of citrus and yellow fruits and once it opened up a tad giving some toasty and nutty notes along with yeast too. In the mouth this had fantastic verve along with bright acidity and a fresh citrus finish. Mouthfeel is deep and precise with a fine mousse and beautifully minerality. This beauty is just starting to reveal its potential. Based on this bottle I’ll open my next bottle in 3-5 years. Outstanding. 93+
