A very distinctive, engaging combination of aromatics and flavors: iodine, saline, beef broth, sour cherry, sweet vanilla, all wrapped up in a suave, silky package that's both lush and fresh at once. Really good. Still a bit foursquare at present, but highly enjoyable now. Or wait 5 years for more nuance to emerge.
