Monday, September 17, 2012 - Deep purple color. Long legs and an extensive finish. Lots going on with this wine. Medium bodied with cassis an blackberry on the front palate. Fruit gives way to oak, vanilla and spice. Tasted this side by side with a 2004 Tapestry and the comparison was fascinating. 2004 was more of a garnet color and more herbal and less fruity.
