Saturday, September 29, 2012 - A perfect bottle of this great wine. Beautiful ruby color with hardly any fading. Very Margaux on the palate with a taut finesse and elegant texture. Then plenty of stuffing in the mid-palate with mature flavors of sandlewood, violets, spice and black fruits. Finishes so very complex with notes of tobacco, all kinds of spice and minerals. Peaking now and has the balance to hold for quite some time.
