Thursday, October 25, 2012 - Been drinking this for the past three years and it has finally caught up with what was always a lovely nose of roses, spice, smoke. Orange on the rim. I wouldn't call this dense, but medium in body with a palate of strawberries, coffee and touch of chocolate. Tannins there, but fruit is integrated and finishes longer each year. Drinking window is open -- did a 2-hour decant-- but worth more time to see what's in store.
