Thursday, November 22, 2012 - Just a lovely pure burgundy. Think Fourrier meets Mugnier. Red fruits with a top note of white pepper - very fresh and very crisp. Lovely palate - just so light on its feet. Already the beginnings of a peacocks finish as the old viney fruit expands on the palate . No more than mid weight but with lovely drive and freshness. Longish palate to finish. Just lovely - everyhting i want in a burg.
