Saturday, December 1, 2012 - Drank over 3 hours. Deep complex nose of red fruit, asian spice, dried flowers and some celery notes. More dark fruit on the palate, spice and stems were present. Long finish that emphasized the spice. Great grip and complexity although at times I found the stems too evident from the whole cluster fermentation.
