Tuesday, December 18, 2012 - Adelsheim is a very old label in the Willamette Valley and seems to always produce good wine. This 2010 Pinot is a translucent garnet colored wine with a nose of strawberry, loam, forest floor and hints of black pepper. The mouth feel is medium with nice fruit, acidic middle and firm tannin.
