Sunday, December 23, 2012 - Unbalanced and weird on the first day but I did not decant for long. I had one glass and let it sit for a day. Day two was outstanding, a totally different wine. I probably won't open another one for another year or so but if I do I will certainly open a bottle and let it sit for a day before drinking. I would give the wine an 85 on day one and a 90 plus on day two.
