Monday, March 5, 2012 - Bright yellow-green. Nice viscosity. Generous aroma of apricot and honey goes very well with the zesty notes of citron and lemon of the classic Greek variety of Assyrtiko. On the palate, besides lush tropical fruit, hints of vanilla and dry nuts. Good potential for ageing. Velvety structure. Excellent finish.
