Tuesday, January 15, 2013 - Really well-balanced with solid structure and controlled use of oak. Surprisingly fresh and vibrant. Floral and citrus scent. Grapefruit, green apple, pear and mineral flavor with plenty of acidity. Reminds me of a very good white burgundy.
