Friday, January 18, 2013 - You have to applaud the producer for making pinots...not syrah or rhone blends labeled as pinot. This to me is very Burgundian; light extraction, elegant red fruit, and good acid. A brief beam of cherry in the midpalate reiterates that comparison. As tasty as this is it would be hard to compare this to a good Bourgogne.
