Monday, January 21, 2013 - Blackberry compost and strawberry and garden mint leaf on the nose. In the mouth, big fruit with the cigar box tannins and acidity building through mid palate. Licorice and fruit through the finish with the acid/tannin balance. Like so many of the Ueberroth's, it is notable for it's boldness and finesse.
