Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Cassoulet Night (Jimmy's Apartment - Chicago, IL): Still has that youthful freshness to it that I really like. The tropical fruit flavors are rich, but the wine has nice energy and cut from it's great acid. A ton of balance and class here. Long life ahead, too.
