Roasted nut with caramel and perfume chrysanthemum, banana, sweet pear and earth. Seductive but I think it could offer better lift. Medium bodied, this has larger scale than the Julie that serve alongside as well as good depth. Started to enter secondary phase with good layer of complexity and very long, precise finish. The champagne from traditional big houses may be sweet when young due to the dosage but if u aged them and let the sweetness to mellow and integrated, magic will happen.

Day-3. From the remaining 30% in the bottle. Wow! The sweetness has toned down a lot and reveals excellent lift and focus. Still display a tad of sweet pear and banana notes but there is this citrus, green apple like liveliness cutting through the sweet core. This happened on the palate too, light and elegance thanks to the refreshing acidity backbone supported the not-so-fleshy-anymore bodied. The inner perfume lingering in the mouth and leads to the highly precise, mineral and saline infused finished. Delicious.
