Sunday, August 26, 2012 - Italian wine tasting (Watson's, Hong Kong): Amazing colour - purple with rim. Spicy blackcurrant on nose, smooth and fairly full-bodied. Coats the mouth. Some oak evident still - needs time. Quite refined in balance though - one to watch.
