Thursday, September 20, 2012 - Grand Burgundy Tasting (The American Club, Hong Kong): Interesting nose - savoury with mushroom (in a nice way), meat jus, finally cherry. Intensely spicy in the mouth. Long and full with round, balanced tannins.
