Saturday, September 15, 2012 - Gourmetklubbens Femtonde middag (A+N, Duvbo): Dark brick-red colour. On the nose there's a nice mixture of licorice, black currant, white pepper and violets mixed with a dense tone of meat broth. The palate is very powerful with a nice balance of fruit and tannines.
