Sunday, March 17, 2013 - NEEDS SOME TIME!
The nose is red apple skins - a clear indicator of its Beaune terroir - that transforms after a few minutes in to red fruit with barnyard aromas. The palate is primary fruits, but this is a wine I expect to considerably improve over time.
