Sunday, March 17, 2013 - This is about as big as white burgundy gets structure and mouthfeel wise. It teetered on the brink of being too oaky and big as you get that tactile sensation in your mouth of oak but it was just light enough to actually add a little to the palate. Very ripe citrus fruit with bright minerality. Long long finish and I'm pretty interested to see how the oak integrates.
