Saturday, March 23, 2013 - Still learning about Sauternes. I am uncertain whether I can give a fair score, as I find it more difficult to discern nuance in sweet, dessert wines than in red wines. This one has intense sweetness combined with a citrus flavors. The combination with a good Gorgonzola was excellent as usual.
