Friday, March 29, 2013 - Moderately hazy light gold well developed after this time in the bottle. Heavier viscosity than most SB's with a floral driven nose showing little fruit. Quite interesting overall, not "classic" sauvignon blanc flavors, but enjoyable. From the list, Best Cellar, Blowing Rock, North Carolina.
