Saturday, April 6, 2013 - In no rush to open our remaining bottles; this baby is drinkable now, but promises to get better still. If you must drink it now, you won't be disappointed. More astringent and without the jammy mouthfeel that I prefer in big Syrahs, it is still an excellent bottle of wine.
