4/19/2013 10:37:00 AM - I recall drinking this at the winery and thinking it would need a few years to unwind so I'm curious how it has developed. Was the 2 hour decant enough? Did it continue to improve throughout the bottle? Would you drink it now or sit on the next bottle for a few years? Thanks in advance.

4/19/2013 1:03:00 PM - Four of us were drinking it so it went down the hatch-no further bottle time. I think it may still improve a little bit but it is certainly good now with a decant.
