Friday, May 3, 2013 - What's old is new and what's new is old.
Extracted without a trace of sweetness.
High degree of acid just asking for some food.
Here comes the minerals, specific to place and time.
New world wine in an old world overcoat.
What wonderful juice.
Way to young but drinking quite well.
This is how it's meant to be.
