Saturday, May 4, 2013 - A nice oxidative touch on the nose. Flavours of mushrooms, golden raisins, and stewed apples on the nose. On the palate, this has a very rich profile with the same stewed apple flavours as well as some notes of yeasty dough. Very strong malic acid tones, to the point of apple cider. Alluring and delicious.
