Sunday, May 5, 2013 - vanilla and some floral notes on the nose; brooding black cherry/raspberry that is muted somewhat by prominent oak and vanilla; reasonable acidity; some black tea on the finish; plenty going on but this hasn't blossomed for me; will hold further bottles to see if this can come together and lighten up.
