This has a firm fresh tart lemon core on the palate accented with minerals, crushed stones, plenty of saline, crisp oak spice, lime zest, and ripe green apples. Great acidity on the finish. This came together quite well with tons of citrus, saline, and minerals followed by some ripe tropical fruits hiding behind as this emerged from its shell. Based on this bottle this would benefit from a couple more years in the cellar. I wish it wasn't such a gamble with white Burgs. Very good+
