Saturday, June 1, 2013 - Lean but lovely, this is the kind of Burgundy that some might say lacks fruit and flavor but it has that silky texture and fineness that I look for in red Burgs and it totally wakes up with food. There is lovely cherry fruit and a wonderful minerality that I always get from this vineyard. Nice.

Agree. From a good producer, a red burgundy always shows its beauty.
Do you think this one is going to survive until 2019?
Cheers,

Briailles wines always are a nice example of terroir.
12 years is going to be too far for a 2007? Think so too but...
My expectations are higher with Briailles.
Cheers,
