Saturday, April 27, 2013 - The NV bottle we tasted was made of 50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 5% other grapes. 50% of the 2010 vintage and the other half of older vintages even dating back to 1990. The bouquet is not very expressive buts shows some citrus. On the palate bread dough, pear and raspberry. Nicely dry and fresh, but hardly any finish.
