Friday, July 26, 2013 - tightly wound aromas of red currant and smoky roasted fennel which quickly evolve into framboise liqueur/raspberry jam. On the palate, it's very ripe, packed with raspberry, red currant, lingonberry and red licorice flavors with soft, plush tannins and moderate acidity. Very tasty now, but has the stuffing to go for a few years.
