Sunday, July 28, 2013 - Decanted 3+ hours and it needed all of it. Still coarse on the finish, but the nose and mid-palate are coming together with the usual BV dried cherry + cinnamon vanilla combo. Slightly on the thin side of medium-bodied, but there is a subtle juiciness that leaves a satisfying pucker and makes this sing with grilled pork loin, potato salad, and broccoli. Working through a case so more detailed notes down the road.
