Thursday, August 29, 2013 - What a difference a year makes along with decanting this wine for two plus hours. Once this Cab opens up it is long, concentrated and fruit forward with a finish that lingers for a minute. Multiple flavors and hints of licorice, currant and anise. Terrific complexity and now get why people love this.
