Friday, August 30, 2013 - The rumors are true. This is the real deal. Drinks like a top-tier Bandol. Upon opening, it was a bit flabby and flat - more sweet than anything. But give it 30 minutes, and possibly a bit of food, and everything fell right into place - that edgy, slightly bitter, grapefruit finish that puckers the mouth just a bit. Quite striking - the change as well as the final outcome.
