Similar to previous notes. Great salmon and peach color with interesting strawberry elements with great minerality and substance. Still had more to give at this point.

Here in Chicago we have been desperately begging for Spring to arrive. If the temps don't rise you just need to pop open this Liquid Farm Rose to chase the cold away. Strawberry and peach in color, great strawberry and mineral notes with floral elements. Amazing stuffing for a Rose!

In an effort to bring this hellish winter to an end I resorted to breaking out the "pink crack". This rose' delivers on every front. Wild berry with tangerine, peach and a fresh, crisp delivery. Take that Mr. winter!!

Who says Rose is only for the summer months! Rudolph had a shiny pink nose, right? Excellent rose with rose petals, mineral foundation and delicious, juicy entry. Our dinner guests salivated for more as we prepped Christmas dinner.

Light salmon-bronze color in the glass. On the nose floral up front, with stone fruit and minerals. On the palate medium-light body with flavors of nectarine, white flowers, lemon and cherry. Medium-short mineral driven finish with lively acidity.

Liquid Farm Tasting (Chris and Brig's House): Super light peach color. Honey scent is pouring out of the glass after it's poured. More honey on the palate with a dusty foundation. Fruit is running in third place here. Medium finish and good acid.

Nice salmon color, reminiscent of Tempier. Maybe that's what direct press Mourvèdre always looks like, as that is what this is. Medium body, with cranberry and strawberry flavors. Good acidity. We killed this bottle at lunch by the pool. Excellent

The rumors are true. This is the real deal. Drinks like a top-tier Bandol. Upon opening, it was a bit flabby and flat - more sweet than anything. But give it 30 minutes, and possibly a bit of food, and everything fell right into place - that edgy, slightly bitter, grapefruit finish that puckers the mouth just a bit. Quite striking - the change as well as the final outcome.

Taste: Light bodied with really crisp high acidity. The acidity is both refreshing and very noticeable. The tones of crushed rocks, strawberries, and floral tones are well balanced and refreshing.
Overall: This is a really good rose. There is mouth watering acidity and a real freshnes to the tones.

Bright citrus and a little stink (barnyard) on the nose. Fresh lemon, lime, and strawberry flavors with a little meatiness and a good core of acidity on the palate. Love the style on this, it's just a little rounder and fuller in style than its provencial counterpart. Tremendous balance for a new world example. Brings out a great side of Mourvèdre, well done.

Chardonnay Shootout & Dinner at Sun Wah (Domaine Wine Storage & Sun Wah - Chicago, IL): A little fuzzy today. Didn't have the freshness and precision it had all last summer, but had some really funky notes from the mourvedre. Still a very good rose.
