Sunday, September 1, 2013 - The wine is a light golden yellow color. The light and flowery nose has honeysuckle, peaches, apples, orange blossoms, lemon curd, and stony minerals. This is dry with medium body and decent acidity. Nice fruit and flowers on the palate with just a touch of citrus zest kicking in on the back end. The finish has nice length and shows good minerality. I would have liked a touch more acidity on the finish which seems to go a bit flat. This was much better with a cheese platter then it was on its own afterwards.
